Then, 4 Rounds of:
- 15 Synchro Thrusters (20/15 kg)
- 15 Synchro Kettlebell Swings(24/16 kg)
- 15 Synchro Box Jumps (60/50 cm)
After completing the first portion move immediately to the next without resting. Partition the work between partners as needed and one partner may work at a time. For the partner burpees, one partner holds plank while the other does a burpee and jumps over the planking partner.
