B) 15-12-9-6 Reps for time:
Sumo Deadlift High Pull 50/35 kg
Burpees box jump

C) Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes perform:
2 Strict Pull-ups
2 Pull-ups
2 Bar Muscle-ups


5 Supersets of:
10 Dumbbell Front Raises
10 Dumbbell Side Raises
10 Dumbbell Presses
