Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Burpee Box Jumps, 60/50 cm
7 Hang Power Cleans, 50/35 kg
9 Snatch grip deadlift , 50/35 kg

4 Sets of:
4 Weighted Strict Pull-ups
4 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
4 Bar Muscle-ups
*Rest as needed between sets, the goal is to complete the entire giant set without coming off the bar. Use a dumbbell between your legs and drop the weight after your last weighted pull-up
